Your gut instinct is your body’s learned response to situations based on past experience (read that again).

In order to tap into your intuition, you need to get still and quiet, and most importantly, aware. That one thing that keeps popping up over and over again… That’s your intuition! Journalling is a good way of listening to your intuition – read your past entries and look for patterns and repeating thoughts.
Distinguishing the difference between your gut instinct and your intuition will help you start making decisions in your life and business based on confidence rather than fear. This is when you will notice the shift.
